This may sound silly but I've heard of gluten foods etc pls give sum examples as to what exactly r gluten foods.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye,and barley. Any products containing these ingredients will probably contain gluten. These include all white flour products like breads and pastas. However gluten is found in many products so it is best to check the labels.
