INGREDIENTS

½ kg – 500g dried fruit chopped in to bite size pieces except the prunes
1 small packet square or round
Sugar coated meebos cut into bite sizes
½ cup dried mango choria - leave whole
½ cup dried mango cut into bite size pieces

METHOD
Boil

4 cups sugar
4 cups white vinegar
2 cups water enamel pot
Add dried fruit to above mixture
boil for 5 minutes
remove from stove and add following
1 cup methi masala
2 tsp crushed jeeru or jeeru powder
¼ cup crushed red chillies
Mix well then make vagaar of
3 tblspoon till
4 green chillies that has been slit
2 tsp mustard seed
a few curry leaves
¼ cup oil pour vagaar over dried fruit and mix well
