RED CHUTNEY RECIPE
2lt tomato sauce,
35 fresh red chillies,
5 tbls crushed garlic,
1/2 cup vinegar,
oil,
mustard seeds,
jeero,
tumeric powder,
chillie powder,
salt

Liquidise the chillies with the garlic and vinegar and tsp of jeero to form a chillie paste, leave aside.
Heat some oil add jeero, mustard seeds, curry leaves braise for a few minutes.
Then add chillie paste with salt and half tsp tumeric pwd, let it come to a boil.
Remove from stove then add in tomato sauce.
Mix, then put it back on the stove and let it boil again
