Health rusks...
3 half cups self-raising flour...
250g butter
(make dat into breadcrumbs)
1 half tablespoon somph
2 tblspon sunflowr seeds
2 tblspon seseme seeds
Half cup dark brown sugar
Quartr teaspon bicarbonate Soda
Half cup pecan nuts
Half cup slivered almonds
Half cup al bran...
(optional is u wana add raisins,etc)
Make dough wit 1 egg n -1 cup buttermilk(low fat)(inkomazi is ful cream) bt its ur option...
Make a nice soft kinda dough...
Pat in ur loaf pans (mayb 2loaf pans dependn how big ur pans r)
Bake at 180
Til risen n brownish...
Remove fm oven
N cut in2 slices pt in a tray n back in da oven on a low 2get crispy... N hard..
