Multi vitamin for 3 year old

Greeting all, can someone please recommend a good multi vitamin for a 3 year old. The little one has always been a problematic ans picky eater and enjoy sweet things more than food. Even if I witheld all sweets , chips or cookies for days she still wont eat food. Sometimes i just give in and give her these treats in fear she might starve and to get something in her tummy, i no i shoulnt.
I was told several times that a mutivitamin might give some appetite. I have tried choccyvites and vi daylin so far , but it only led to constipation and no improvement in appetite.
I asked a doctor recently and was told cant do nothing its part of her genes and she will eat enough to maintain herself. Can someone please advise. Many thanks

Salaams u won't believe it but I'm having the exact same problem wit my 3yr old daughter,I hav to take out time n sit n feed her in order to get her to eat but even then sh sometimes refuses,I dnt understand y sh has no apetite

hi plz contact me i had the same problems but sice i started the suplement not only has there eating got better but immunity also increased n it does not constipate them at all
