Can a former drug user look like one after distancing himself from it nanima?
eg have redness in eye that may be bit puffy

Many "ex-drug users" unfortunately and commonly relapse. So if this person is displaying suspicious behaviour and has certain signs of drug use then I think it is best that you investigate this matter further

But what if there arent any other signs just the eyes ? Can it be paranoia on the part of the one who sees the eyes
