Hi.I just found out tat I'm pregnant sappose to be the best feelin ever but instead I'm miserable cos I'm sick my head pounds,I have fever,fEel conjested my eyes burn my body is sore wat cam I do?or take?and is beclate nasal spray safe to use during pregnancy?thank u

You have to consult with your gynae as many of the over the counter medications including herbal products are not safe to use during pregnancy. Try to strengthen your system by following a healthy diet. Increase the fresh garlic intake and use a vitamin C supplement daily. Beclate is not contraindicated during pregnancy but it needs to be taken with caution. Please consult with your dr to confirm whether it is safe for you to use

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and down with a bad cold for 2 weeks now. I'm in amoxylin antibiotics and avemis nasal spray. Try making hot toddys with honey, lemon and ginger and steam steam steam, at least 3 - 4 times a day. All the best.
