My spouse treats s3x as being dirty. We hardly have any fun as once there is come and it's done. The 2 to 5 minutes is really not a satisfaction. And then off to shower etc. Please help I'm feeling unloved.

Ask her what's her take on it and why must it be so quick. Ask for her reasoning and take it from there

She might have been molested or sexually abused at some stage in her life. It might difficult for her to even talk about it or think it or accept it so please don't ask her outright about it.

Perhaps, you could try bringing up the topic in a general context and gauge her reaction. It might be that she herself feels dirty and not just the action itself.
